Course Description
Concepts related to production, employment, and growth: External balance, internal balance; monetary policy; fiscal policy; and concepts related to structural reforms are defined and examined as a set of concepts. The fundamental flow-stock relationships are established. In this context, the interpretation of real and financial indicators and the balance sheets associated with these indicators are analyzed.

Course Objectives
This course aims to define and examine the fundamental concepts related to production, employment, and economic growth, providing a theoretical and analytical framework for interpreting macroeconomic indicators. In addition to monetary and fiscal policies, the effects of structural reforms on the economy will be evaluated, and the analysis of real and financial indicators along with balance sheets will be conducted.
Course Outcomes
1. Define fundamental macroeconomic concepts and indicators to analyze the relationships between economic growth, unemployment, inflation, and business cycles.
2. Evaluate the effects of monetary and fiscal policies on economic equilibrium and interpret key policy instruments related to the central bank and public finance.
3. Analyze economic stabilization policies and international macroeconomic relations within the framework of external balance, exchange rates, and expectation management.
