1) Possesses up-to-date and fundamental knowledge in the fields of entrepreneurship and business management.

2) Has the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

3) Has the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in the language of the regional countries relevant to their field of expertise (a second foreign language).

4) Possesses sufficient knowledge and comparative analysis skills regarding the economy, politics, and working life of both the regional countries related to their field and Turkey.

5) Understands and analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurship and different fields.

6) Can access up-to-date and accurate data using quantitative research methods, information technologies, and applications, and use this data effectively.

7) Has the ability to plan, implement, and manage projects.

8) Can develop business ideas, produce creative solutions to problems, and establish new ventures.

9) Can work effectively in various roles within teams and in multicultural environments.
