To teach the students basic concepts related to entrepreneurship, to reveal the characteristics of the entrepreneur, to reveal the processes of entrepreneurship and business establishment, to provide them with legal knowledge to realize their business ideas.

To explain to students the basic stages of starting a business, to provide them with examples of successful business projects and to encourage them to bring their business ideas to life.

Week 1: Key concepts: entrepreneurship, business, innovation.
Week 2: The influence of economic conditions on business development.
Week 3: Characteristics of a successful entrepreneur.
Week 4: Merchant dynasties: Morozovs, Tretyakovs, Demidovs.
Week 5: History of the first Russian bank and stock exchange.
Week 6: Industrialization and business growth in Russia.
Week 7: State support in commercial and legal matters.
Week 8: Successful entrepreneurs of Russia today.
Week 9: Basic stages of establishing a business: from idea to registration.
Week 10: Legal aspects of entrepreneurship in Russia.
Week 11: Business models and strategies.
