Course Description
As a part of the language classes in Russia, it’s aimed to improve students listening capacity. Academic discussions and debates are used in this class.

Course Objectives
To introduce students to different intonations, because in Russian declarative or interrogative sentences can only be understood through intonation coloring. To teach them to identify key words in the story they hear and to answer questions.
Course Outcomes
1. The student can understand and write the words heard in Russian at A2 level.
2. The student can recognize the expressions of different speakers: male and female voices, different pronunciations and stresses in words, intonation.
3. The student can find the important words in the story he heard and answer the questions.
Tentative Course Plan
Week 1: Level exam is being held.
Week 2: Phonetic exercises.
Week 3: With form. Listen to dialogues and ask similar questions to your friends.
Week 4: Listen, repeat, read about professions.
Week 5: Listen to the text about Sergey Bodrov and fill in the missing words in the text.
Week 7: Match the dialogues you hear with the pictures.
Week 8: A complex sentence in which the word "which" is used in the instrumental form.
Week 9: Listen to dialogues with the template expression "I decided".
Week 10: Listen to dialogues about the meeting place.
Week 11: Listen to the story about Red Square in Moscow.
Week 12: Final exam.
