Course Description
This course aims to introduce fundamental concepts, theories, and applications related to business and entrepreneurship, providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate successfully in the modern business world. Students will learn how business organizations are structured, managed, and operated. Additionally, key topics such as entrepreneurship, supply chain management, human resources, leadership, marketing, small business management, and the dynamics of the international business world will be covered.

Course Objectives
With this course, students will be able to define the fundamental concepts of business and economic systems, understand the role of business in international trade and the global economy, compare business structures and organizational models, comprehend management functions and leadership styles, understand the contributions of small businesses and entrepreneurship to the economy, learn the basics of supply chain management and operations management, and gain knowledge about employee motivation and human relations management.

2. Understands the role of businesses in international trade and the global economy and can compare different organizational structures and management models.
