This course is the second part of the International Economics courses and covers topics in international finance.

The course intends to introduce fundamental models for understanding monetary relations and financial interdependencies between countries while examining key issues within the framework of open economy macroeconomics and the macroeconomic dimensions of international economic relations. It also aims to cover topics such as exchange rate systems, capital flows, and international financial crises, equipping students with an analytical perspective on the functioning of global financial markets.
1. Provides students with the ability to evaluate open economy macroeconomic issues such as the balance of payments, current account deficits, exchange rate determination, different exchange rate regimes, the relationship between money, interest rates, and exchange rates, international capital movements, and international financial crises within the framework of economic theories.
2. Equips students with the ability to analyze international financial issues.
3. Enables students to follow current developments in international finance and develop solutions.
