Course Description
This course introduces the basic topics of labor economics. The course examines supply, demand, and equilibrium in the labor market; wage differentials that balance the market; education; wage distribution; labor mobility; discrimination; and the concept of unemployment.

Course Objectives
The aim of the course is to help students recognize the factors that affect supply, demand, and equilibrium in labor markets, and to teach them the fundamental factors that determine wages and employment.

2. Has knowledge of the fundamental concepts of labor economics.
